By means of this Privacy Statement we would like to inform you how and for what purposes we process personal data and inform you about your rights in accordance with applicable laws and regulations concerning processing of personal data and data protection.

2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS?
Company will process solely personal data which are necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract; are necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Company is subject and are essential for the Company’s legitimate interest. Those are your contact details, in particular name and surname, registered company name, on whose behalf you are acting, your function, address, phone number, email address and other contact details, your signature, informations about your business, type and number of the business verification documents and registration in relevant register including data contained in it, payment data, in particular account number and payment data, and data necessary to protect the rights of the Company, in particular informations about yours commercial reputation, expected or existing amounts receivable and debts between you and the Company.
3. HOW DO WE COLLECT AND PROCESS PERSONAL DATA?
We acquire personal data provided directly by you, in particular during business communication, your participation in the Company’s competition or tender process, by accepting the order from the Company, by delivering your offer for possible future trade possibility, from your offer as a jobseeker, or another usual manner.
We do not process any sensitive personal data within the meaning of art. 9 GDPR, excluding data necessary for labour law obligations. There is no automated decision making, including profiling, within the meaning of art. 22 GDPR.
4. LEGITIMATE GROUND FOR THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data solely for the negotiation and conclusion of the trade relation, for business communication, for the performance all the obligations from the business relation and for the termination and establishing new employment relationship. Also for compliance with a legal obligations, in particular tax and customs obligations, and in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Company, in particular to exercise the claims in case the defects in good will occur, to complain or to defence of legal claims of the Company.
5. PLACE FOR PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
The Company storage and process your personal data within the European Union, or European Economic Area, and will not transfer them to any third country or international organisation.
6. DO WE PROVIDE THE PERSONAL DATA TO THE THIRD PARTIES?
Under a concluded processing contract we may provide your personal data for the processing to the third party providing the Company with the necessary services (lawyer, designer, contractor etc.) solely for the right performance of a contract or for compliance with a legal obligations of the Company (taxes, bank).
Personal data may be also upon a legal request provide to the third party who has the legal authority to request the transmission of the personal data.
7. STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
We storage your personal data only for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were acquired, that is for the period of the contractual relationship and for the time the rights of the contractual relationship can be exercise. In case your personal data are contained in the documents necessary for tax or customs or similar purposes, and in connection with them are subjected to control of public authorities, then we storage your personal data for the time of that possible control, usually for 10 years after the termination of business relationship and rights of the Company resulting from this relationship.
8. YOUR RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
You have the right of access to your personal data, right to rectification or supplementing data, right to erasure of personal data, right to restriction of processing them, also right to raise an objection, and right to data transferability, all in accordance to GDPR. In particular you have the right to request the Company of a copy of your personal data undergoing processing. In case you ask us for a copy of your personal data repeatedly, we may charge a reasonable fee. If you want to transmit your personal data to another controller, we provide you data we have obtained from you and which were processed by automated means in machine-readable portable format, free of charge. You have also right to obtain from us the rectification or erasure of personal data you consider as inaccurate. In case you decide to exercise any of the right mentioned above, please send us an email at the following address with a clear description of the requirement, including your personal data, please state your name, surname, contact details and date of birth for the purpose of identifying. To protect your personal data from unlawful access we may require additional proof of identity. If we still have doubts about your identity, we reserve the right to refuse the processing of your request.
