What can you expect after starting a new job

We try to make the start of a new job as easy and smooth as possible for every new team member. That’s why we implemented an adaptation plan, that indicates when and how a new colleague should achieve defined goals. Part of that plan is close cooperation with experienced colleagues, two meetings for feedback during a trial period and the acquaintance with all formalities, as a company rules and other documentations.

And after a few months

After trial period you and your colleagues will attend a meeting with your supervisor twice a year. We are interested in the working life and well-being of every employee, so we are not only focused on professional evaluation but also on what is you enjoy about the job the most and why.
