With a few individuals’ experience and a desire to embark on new projects in our own way we founded company Intesys in 2012.

People, who started it with us, have already had more than 10 years of experience in the field of railway infrastructure and industrial automatization. Over the years we have developed and extended our operations on the field of road construction and other construction works. Nowadays our team consists of designers, developers, project managers and technicians, who work on the most interesting projects and contracts.

We have experience in managing large projects, which are realized by many contractors. We are team players and we have our own procedures of working on contracts delivered from A to Z.

 

 

  1. We create a project team
    First we establish a team leading by a project manager, who cooperates with selected designers, developers and at the last stage of the realization with people in the field. Manager is responsible for a whole project and communication with a client.
  2. We analyse the task
    Our professionals evaluate specification of the project and goals to be achieved to choose the best solution to performance the task. They also check if we have received all necessary documents and details.
  3. We design and develop
    First we prepare the design. Based on the project documentation we develop a software and, if needed, develop new functionalities or create brand new system.
  4. We deliver and make tests
    Contract execution includes production, installation and device inspection. The contract is complete after a thorough testing, launching and after a whole system was handed over to the client.
  5. We provide service
    Warranty and post-warranty service is a natural part of cooperation. We are available on the phone and, if needed, we go to the field immediately.

Martin looks for and takes care of main business opportunities. He started the company in 2012 and has been indicating the direction of the further development since then.

Executive Director

Martin resolves all the company’s contracts at the top level. He is at the beginning of every single project and he is responsible for the successful execution of all contracts.

Marta Kovaříková

Head of Finance and Operations Department

Marta is a person who works in the background and takes care of all company’s financial matters. She is also in charge of all personal, marketing and other operational issues that our company can not properly work without.

Ondřej Peňáz

Technical Director

Ondra takes care of the contracts’ execution in the field. He is also a supervisor of the teams of technicians and electricians.

Jakub Veselý

Project manager

Kuba supervises the running of projects for our clients and processing of tenders.

Jakub Koníček

Head of Development Department

Kuba is a head of software engineers’ team. In addition, he manages innovation in development and oversees the security of company data.

Milan Nohel

Head of Design Department

Milan is a head of designers’ team. He is also responsible for the correct and timely preparation of projects for the implementation phase.

Lenka Slaná

Assistant

Lenka is the first person you meet when you first contact the company via phone or e-mail. She is in charge of all administration, including orders and invoices.
